Roger Mead MISMA, AIHE
Roger has a background in major organisations being involved in a wide range of management activities. He draws upon his first hand experiences of the pressures of working in these settings in order to ensure that his work is relevant to current business practice.
He has a range of qualifications in fields related to personal development and stress management. He is also qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is experienced in the use of the Occupational Stress Indicator and accredited to use the Asset organisational stress screening tool.
Roger is an active member of the International Stress Management Association (uk) and has been a member of the executive for the past five years. Both print and media journalists often call upon Roger to contribute to their output. His most recent TV appearances were on BBC Breakfast and Channel 5 news, and his latest radio interview was on LBC.
Sylvia Mauger Dip.SM MISMA AIHE
Sylvia Mauger's early career was as a Lecturer and Project Manager. She retrained as a Stress Management Counsellor and now works in this capacity with her own private practice and working with us as an associate. Apart from her work in stress management Sylvia is also experienced in helping clients who have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder .(PTSD). She also works in the corporate sector offering training in Stress Management, Personal Effectiveness and related areas. Sylvia has written for various Stress Management publications
Jane Thomas RGN. Dip stress. Cert. Couns. MISMA.
Jane is a highly experienced trainer and has specialised in the field of training the trainer including the Diploma in Stress Management and Certificate in Stress for managers for the past 9 years. Jane has wide experience in this field includes the running of workshops in stress for NHS, Civil Service, Health Promotion Agencies and Private Organisations. Currently she is serving as Vice Chair of the International Stress Management Association. She also specializes in personnel development training, covering leadership, team building, managing attendance, assertive training, bullying in the work place and emotional intelligence.
Marilyn Whibley Dip.S.M., MISMA
Marilyn worked in the public sector, delivering services, managing people and projects and specialising in training and staff development. In recent years she has developed particular expertise in helping organisations and individuals to understand and reduce stress. Marilyn has a Diploma in Stress Management and is a member of the International Stress Management Association. She is a regular contributor to local radio on stress related issues and frequently presents seminars for businesses and occupational health professionals
Sue Mead
Sue has a background in Race Equality and Diversity issues having been until recently Director of Race Equality for an Outer London Borough. Her work has been recognised by a number of awards and citations. She works as a consultant in this field and also contributes to our training work in areas such as bullying and harassment and other dignity at work issues.
